Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipment Confirmation
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your order using the tracking link provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable locations across India.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on your PIN code.
  • Keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • UPI payments may also be accepted by the delivery partner where available.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Customer refusing delivery

the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD service being restricted for future orders.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Tampered
  • Missing items

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
