Return & Replacement Policy

At Herb Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-Day Return & Replacement Policy subject to the following terms.

14-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original condition.
  • Unused and unopened.
  • Returned with the original label, packaging (Panni), box, and accessories.
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Products returned without the original label or packaging (Panni) will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The original seal is broken.
  • The original label, packaging (Panni), or box is missing.
  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery.
  • The damage is caused by improper handling after delivery.

Refund & Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • You may receive:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund to your original payment method (if applicable).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your Order ID along with photos or videos of the product.
  3. Our team will verify your request.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.
  5. After successful inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, return shipping charges may apply.
